A few issues:
1. Hairstyles clip through the face horribly.
2. When using any of the ponytail hairstyles:
- a. The hair on the head is colour 1, the tail is colour 2
- b. (mentioned previously) the hair is not attached to the head
- c. when the head is turned, the tail bends very unnaturally
3. All the long hairstyles look very buggy, but it could be my PC (GF 9600GT, extreme quality, 4 x AA).
4. Primary and secondary hair colours seem to switch which each hairstyle. While I can't seem to make some hairstyles blonde, some others are or mix us in a very strange fashion. This really should be reworked, it looks horrible! Also: primary and secondary don't have the same colour palettes.
5. The faces and hairstyles often can't in any possible way be made to resemble the old portraits. I really think CCP should give everyone a character race remake, or at least a bloodline change.
6. Most hair colours don't look natural.

Or maybe they don't understand their customers well enough to realize that many of us role play. Whatever the breakdown is, for me it's a major issue.
Well I hope a lot of people will vote for a free bloodline/race remap in my proposal and the CSM people will take notice an bring it to CCP's attention with some haste.
I really don't understand that, being players themselves, apparently not even one of the CCP devs has thought of the major impact the new looks and completely changed bloodline restrictions will have on the player community???

I must say that the number of expressions is rather limited. You can't make someone look really angry, for instance, the eyebrows and eyes don't allow it.
And to add an "undo" button to the portrait screen won't be an unncessary luxury, I agree.

I'm afraid of that too. I already read rumours of all characters beingh exactly the same height, shouldn't it be possible just to increase your character's legs and body length?
Btw I think Caldari Civire still look the best!

With the new creator I'm seeing that Gallente and Caldari, and even *Amarrian* (Not Khanid) have a (semi-)european look.
No offense or anything, but I'm not totally happy about being pigeon-holed into being Asian.
I made a proposal in the Assembly Hall but no response thus far.
